Conference

So basically we got flamed in our interviews again *cough*. He asked me if seeing my sister was planned. I said no she ran and found me. He told me that too many missionaries have been using Conference as a "rendezvous point" and he said that if it keeps happening he is not going to allow missionaries to go to conference anymore. The interaction gave me a lot of Godly sorrow for the fact that future missionaries may not get that chance to go to conference because I saw my sister. Why do I tell you this? Because of this Scripture:
Mormon 9:31 - "Condemn me not because of mine imperfection, neither my father, because of his imperfection, neither them who have written before him; but rather give thanks unto God that he hath made manifest unto you our imperfections, that ye may learn to be more wise than we have been." Anyways, we got some crazy news on Thursday that our friends who are on Date (Gerald and his Family) recieved a 3 day notice to leave their apartment complex. It was a very stressful few days calling a ton of people trying to find an apartment that they can go into. It was hard to teach them too because to be honest, it's hard to focus on God if your basic needs (food, water, shelter) aren't met. We offered to help hom pack and he was like "hermanas, how can I pack my things if I don't know where we're going?" And ugh, it was heart wrenching. They are supposed to move out today, and we don't really have an answer for then right now. If you wouldn't mind keeping them in our prayers we would appreciate it! We taught them the word of wisdom and at first they were like "what??" But then they were like "oh OK. We will put faith in the Lord and do it." They got to talk to Bishop and talked to him about how they are preparing themselves for baptism.

We met an awesome man named Fernando! And he technically lives in Garland which is a record for this area to have any latinos be taught in. I am also so grateful that there is this special opportunity to have whole English stakes helping us in the work. I had just realized that not many missionaries get that experience. Fernando is Awesome, we tried to share a scripture with him and he was like "hold your horses! I am only in 1 Nephi Chapter 9! And I got it last week!". He showed up to church too and he knew a lot of people in the ward too.

A lot of members here think that we are "blood" sisters but we checked, she's my 9th cousin.

I have no idea but I am having a hard time writing much more in my email. Have an awesome week!
